Week 5: Recipe #5--Easy Stroganoff

This is another recipe from my friend, Valerie.  It's one of my husband's favorites.  I usually serve this with green beans and fruit.

You'll Need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 Tblsp. worchestershire sauce
Preparation:

  1. Brown the meat.  Add in the rest of the ingredients and warm.
  2. Serve over noodles.  (I prefer egg noodles)

  1. Val's family calls this "Grayish Grayish Meat". I've never known it was actually this when they talked about it. We tried it tonight and loved it. Thanks Z!
